Priority seating for 2 in Feb

Do you think we need ps for epcot/resort resturants for 2 adults during President's week this Feb?

Do you think we can just decide day by day and maybe they can squeeze two in?

Anytime you go to disney these days..seems you take your chances if you don't have ps's. If you are open to where you eat each day..then play it by ear. If there are places you absolutely want to dine at..make ps's ahead of time.
