Priority entrance vs Front of Line Entrance (VIP Tours)

Universal's description of the VIP Tour mentions "front of line" entrance into at least 8 attractions.....but then, in the specific descriptions for the Universal Studios VIP Tour and the Islands of Adventure VIP Tour, it mentions "priority entrance". Is there a difference between "front of line" and "priority" entrance?

Priority entrance is Universal Express entrance. You have to go through the Universal Express line, which can have a maximum of a 15 minute wait. The VIP tour sneaks you through the back way and you have a very little wait.

The only real waiting is for the ride to cycle out and you to get on, or if there is another tour in front of you.
