printing transfer washed out

Hi trying to print out weHEARTmickey's (angela's) fab Mr Incredible disign, but the orange is comin out really wishy washy, not vibrant at all. I am using dark transfer paper, best quality etc new ink cartridges

any ideas????? where i am going wrong

Try cleaning printer heads

i have tried doing that and aligning printer?? that they are fine, any other suggestions

I have tried another disign from amy and that is fine bright colours etc

Bet it is because i wanted it for fathers day at the weekend!!!!!!!!!,

what brand transfers are you using? the same for both print outs?
