Printing help needed on sippy cup inserts and M&M tubes....

So I have gotten all my shirts and things to make for our trip. I want to make sure not to waste the ink, as my printer uses alot.

If anyone know the sizes I need to print please lt me know.

Shirts and bags I will do 8 x10 on the big kids and 5x7 on my dd, and 8x10 with the bags.

My issue is with the smaller things:

1. Sippy Cup inserts

2. Pressed penny money for the M&M containers and the ones for the Mentos containers

I'm not sure about the M&M tubes but I make the Mentos tubes 4.5 x 3 inches when I print them.
