We currently have a piece of crap Lexmark X2350 inkjet printer. I've tried everything to get it to print the DISigns decently and nothing works. They all come out light, with skips in the designs, etc, and that's with a brand new cartridge.

So... we're in the market for a new printer. We need a new one anyway for our son's schoolwork. We don't want to spend more than $100 on one and honestly, the cheaper the better. Just want good clear copies and pictures to print out.

Suggestions on a good printer?

I've always liked Epson printers. They are easy to use and don't seem to run out of ink too quickly. I currently have an Epson workforce all-in-one that scans/copies and could fax if I set it up. It's also wi-fi so I can work downstairs on my laptop and print upstairs. It was around $160 on sale.

We have an HP at work that, while is fine, I hate how it operates. The paper almost always gets jammed on it espeically if you are using thicker paper, like photo, (I'm sure it wouldn't like transfer paper) as it a bottom feed that wraps the paper around in a u-shape instead of an Epson top feed.
