I like the ones from easywdw.com. The attractions titles are right on the attraction, so you don't have to cross reference with a menu. Very easy to look at visually.

I second easywdw for best park maps for Disney. If you need universal as well they have them on undercover tourist.

If you want copies of the actual maps you get in the parks, you can download them from the Disney website.
