Anyone see Princess Wishes? We saw it on Saturday and I liked it....the kids thought it was fun and I liked the fact that they took different elements of the stories to highlight. However, it seemed like they didn't follow thru on some plot lines that were important (like Ariel discovering that the prince was really the same "boy" from the market).

Also, I didn't think the monkey puppet was as high quality element worthy of a Disney production.

I DID think the sets were fantastic (the underwater elements) and that Jasmine was a really talented skater.

Lots of princesses everywhere....

One more question/observation, for 12 dollars...why couldn't they make a slushy cup that is less cumbersome to reuse at home. The lid keeps shutting when dd tries to drink from it. I know we can just pop the lid off of its hinge, but why make a shoddy product in the first place?

Thanks for the review. My DD (13) wants to see this and I'm fearing all love scenes. To me, the fun part of the ice show are the costumes and special effects.

We got one of the Squirt Slush cups at the New Years Eve show (100 eyars of Magic) just recently. We havn't tried to re-use the cup yet, but I know it as a warentee on it so if you don't care for the product they'll refund or replace it. Try writing to them!

We saw the saw here in Atlanta and all thought it was great. 5 yr old 50 yr old 60 yr old and 72 yr old. I agree about the cup thought it was hard to use even at the show.

?

Oh that puppet.... I laughed when he just threw it on the big rock but continued to talk to it. :rotfl2:

I loved Aladdin!! I saw the ice show for just that when I was little and it was almost the same as I remember. The show did not really go into much of the other stories though which was disappointing. And I was not sure what Mulan 2 was doing in there at all.

The ending was fabulous though

OMG I loved that dragon and the ice on fire!!! That was amazing. And the carriage was so beautiful I wanted to run out there and be a princess too.

PS Aladdin was SO hot.

We LOVED the Princesses on Ice! Myself, my DD3 (almost 4) and DH went and had front row seats. My daughter was beside herself and did not move the entire time. She LOVED every one of the scenes and would keep reminding me which princesses she didn't see yet. We went to the show right after Christmas, and she still talks about it daily. Oh, and mommy LOVED Aladdin!!! He looked really yummy!!!! :)

The only part of the show that DD got upset with was the dragon. Probably b/c we were in the front row and the sleeping beauty dragon was practically in our lap. It had very large teeth and breathed fire. She started crying almost immediatly as it came up to us. But as soon as it turned, and Prince Philip slayed the dragon, all was well with the world again! :rotfl:

I personally thought the scene was AWESOME, just a bit much for my 3 yr old.

We seen it when it was here in Sc the begging of Dec.

We all loved it Myself Dh DD6 DS 7 DS9 we were about 10 rows back and loved it even the boys were very into the show.. My kids are still talking about it.. ANd dh thought him talking to the money after you watch him stick it in a rock was funny also.

Dh, Dd and I had front row seats and loved it. Dd got a cindy cup last year and flounder this year. she still uses them both. She took the lids off and when one goes in the dishwasher she gets out the other one.

Now you all have me excited to see it! DH just surprised me and DD with tickets for her birthday so we won't see it until March. I'll keep an eye out for Aladdin!! ;)
