Do they have the Princesses out throughout the Magic Kingdom or can they only be seen at the breakfast?

I know Belle has her storytime thing. My niece loves the princesses and she will be going early next year so I am helping with the planning.

Is the breakfast worth the money, which characters are usually there, and lastly, would her brother be bored to tears, LOL.

Thanks for any and all help. :)

Try Toontown hall of fame for several of the princess'. Also Ariel is back in her grotto. Definetly do Belle's storytime, the kids get to participate in the story. The breakfast is nice but you don't have to do it.

We did the princess bkfst in Norway, and I didn't feel it was worth it. You can see the favorite princesses (Cinderella, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty) in Toontown and have just as much time with them as you get at the breakfast. (an autograph, picture and maybe a short chat) My 3 yr old son was bored because he wanted boy characters. You can also see princesses in Epcot at some countries.

Your son would probably enjoy Storytime with Belle, as they retell the story using children to act out the parts. There will be boys involved for some parts. It's very cute. Maybe your son would even get picked to be one of the characters.

In Epcot you can sometimes find Beauty in France, Jasmine in Morroco, Mary Poppins in UK, Aurora in France...I can't recall if we've seen others anywhere else or not. Just check your daily schedule. It'll have the times each princess is scheduled to appear and where.

Thanks, I was hoping it was possible to see them w/out doing the breakfast.

If you want to see princesses make sure you go to World Showcase in Epcot. This is where we saw the most during our trip. Belle and Aurora in France, Jasmine in Morocco, Mary Poppins and Snow White in United Kingdom, and don't miss Mulan in China!! She was so funny and great personality. In my opinion, the Princess breakfast isn't worth the money. Food is just so-so, and the princesses are at your table for 15-20 seconds at the most. We got much better interaction just catching them in the parks! Have a great trip!!

Epcot was a great place for us too, also we got to Toontown at opening (I think it was around 10) and all the princesses and Pooh and his friends came out to open the gate. Cinderella, Belle, and Aurora came out and took each of one of our kids and walked them back to the Hall of fame! Once we got back there it took a couple miniutes for them to get set up and so they all took some time with each kid to talk- they thought this was great! (very magical). We also did a character dinner too at Chef Mickeys, but they still talk about how they got to sit on Belle's lap (they are 4, 4 and 6).

Yes, it is possible to see the characters throughout the parks, but you still have to plan very carefully to do that. You need to be at Toontown close to when it opens (AT opening, to catch the meet-you-at-the-rope magic) in order to avoid long lines at the Hall of Fame. Ariel's Grotto has HIDEOUS wait times. At Epcot, the princesses are out "intermittently" so you MUST check the guide times, and PLAN ACCORDINGLY. We found it very difficult to time things correctly using that plan. We missed Jasmine and Mary Poppins, but got Belle. A lot of it is chance, unless you doggedly plan your EPCOT touring around the princess and character appearances!!!!

We still enjoy doing the Norway Breakfast, Cinderella's Royal table, and--a REALLY GOOD ONE--Cinderella's Gala Feast. The Feast is at the GF and features Cinderella, Prince Charming, Fairy Godmother, and the mice. The characters spend a lot of time with you. If you combine the Norway breakfast with the Gala Feast, you can see most of the Princesses, without having to tear your hair out over the the difficult to get Cinderella's Royab Table ressies!
