Princess run - hotel online checkin

I received the e:mail about online check in for my stay this week.
But I got an error when I tried to do this?
Has anyone else had this problem?
Should I just keep trying until it works?

I had also gotten an error message and when I called they indicated that they have performing maintenance and upgrades to the system for the last 2 weeks and that this has been causing some issues. In my case, my reservation is also a bit out of the ordinary which caused additional issues that will prevent me from taking advantage of the online check in for this stay.

I had to try twice but I was finally able to. I wish there was a comment section for room requests! Does anyone know if i can ask at check in? or since I did the online check in is it too late?
