Hi -
I'm very excited I've finally booked for DD - who will be 10 by then - and me at POR for 6 nights. DS, my Asperger's boy, will stay home this trip. One of our issues w/ WDW dining in the past has been that w/ DS in tow, it's hard for me to enjoy a meal or feel that it's "worth it" to spend too much.
DD is another story. She's asked for this trip - and she is at that age of being a delightful dining and shopping/travelling companion. Though she still prefers her chicken fingers and pasta any way at all, she tries new things, loves shrimp, pork, chicken and occasionally, steak. Not a dessert-lover - she chooses a scoop of vanilla and thinks creme brulee is "ok"..( I swear sometimes she CANNOT be my daughter!!!;) )
This is a much needed respite from DS(whom I adore 24/7) and I would love any and all suggestions for dining that you have that will work for us. We've done lots in past trips: CP, LTT, CM, CR, WCC .Though I want to include some old favorites, I want to fit dinners or lunches in that will work into park plans and give us some peaceful lovely meals.
Any great thoughts for me and DD??
