Princess MHead Disign

Can you help me remember who disigned the pink/stars Mickey Head disign with the crown and wand? I saved it to my computer, but 1) didn't save who it is by 2) didn't save the largest image (I don't think) and 3) I want to be able to give credit where credit is due! Thanks!!
