Princess Half Marathon as a Surprise?

We are going to be in Disney World in February 2017, and our dates coincide with the Princess Half. My mom has always wanted to run the half, but because of the cost, she has always changed her mind and never done it. For Mother's Day, I wanted to give her gift of her running in the Half. I'm trying to figure out a way to surprise her with it. I won't be able to register her for it until June, so this will sort of be an IOU kinda thing lol. Any ideas?
