Princess Dress Size 24 months?

My niece's baby will be one next month and I promised to buy a princess cinderella dress. I called the Disney Store near me and they don't sell them in that size now (only carry them for halloween), please help anyone know where I can purchase a cinderella dress? Don't want one to look to cheap like a costume.

I bought a 2T from Disney store online. My daughter is 18 months and wears 24 mo right now. It seems like a small fit in the shoulder area; wish it was a velcro close in the back so I didn't have to squish her shoulders when putting it on her.

Sizes 2T and 24 months are essentially the same. The dresses they sell at the Disney Store right now are short though & the 2/3 fits my little one who is still in 18 month clothes just fine.

Try Toys R Us, we couldn't find a Princess dress for our little girl's 2nd birthday either anywhere. We found a gorgeous one from TRU, bought both Belle and Cinderella. They had size 12m/18m/24m and at the time they were on sale for $13.99, not sure of the regular price. But when she wears them to the parks we always get compliments asking us where we found it, that it's nicer than the ones there. Also, the back has velcro which is a huge plus!

Oh wow, my TDS is loaded with these, left over from Halloween. They are on sale, either $14.99 or $19.99. I mean the infant sized ones. I know we have Tink infant, and I think Cinderella. Will check tonight. Not sure if you would want to call the store and order it, to be shipped. We HAVE them, but they are backstage, not onstage right now. We had to pull most of our sale stuff, but we are putting some of it back out this weekend.

I agree with Disneystore. We bought our petite 19 month old the 2-3 size Cinderella (and just about all the rest of them) and it is perfect. We prefer the shorter dresses this time of year. They are well made and beautiful.

Ive worked in clothing for years and there is very little difference between a 2T and a 24 months size. Go for the 2T, its going to be a bit bigger but the length should be about the same.

This was after Halloween though right? I bought DD one in August (that was a Halloween costume) at TRU and then got 2 more different dresses on clearance for like $12.99 after Halloween. This is the same Belle dress. I haven't seen them since then. I wish they still had them! I agree they are super nice!

IMHO, clothes from Disney Store run on the small side, she might need a toddler size anyways.

Check the clearance racks at Babies R Us and Toys R Us. I just bought a new dress for DD there yesterday for our trip in September. The dress was $8 and comes with the dress and a headpiece
