We have a reservation for 7 at the restaurant in Norway. I am told by my TA that it is a 2 table reservation and that there is a chance we may not be able to sit together. I wouldn't mind but we have 5 children 12 and under and plus this is a family vacation. Does anyone know if there is any way I can guarantee we sit together or is this normal?
Thanks
Michele

On one of my ADR's instead of a family of 6, they only could book it as (2) 3's. The CM told me to tell them at check it that we were a family of 6 and they would seat us all together.

Unfortunately, there is no way to guarentee that you sit together and yes, it is normal. Many restaurants are set up with 4-tops and nothing bigger because that way there is more room to move in the restaurant for the staff and characters. Chances are, you will be next to eachother. I can't imagine them putting you on one side of the room and your dh and other kids on the other side. I think they just tell people that it's not guarenteed to avoid any problems with tables of 20, you know what I mean? Of course, I don't think I have ever seen anything at WDW that was guarenteed. I am confident you will be OK. If you are not happy, definately speak to the manager.
