princess cricut carts

what a great day i had yesterday -i got home before DH and hit the mailbox and there were my two new princess cricut carts. even better DH cant compain that i ordered them becuase he has no clue they came before anyone thinks i am keeping things from DH - well I am... But i used my own money.
i didnt get to play with them but i did look thought the book. my only thougths were - i wish they had the name of the dwarfs that you could cut out and why no tinker bell?
wouldnt it be great if they included the villians.... oh well... cant get everything... over all i think they are going to be fun to play with.

I played with the cart a little this morning. Wow - good details but VERY SMALL pieces. Smaller than mickey and friends. I cut out Cinderella and her eyes were a nightmare!! I have to change my blade and see if that helps. I cut her at 11 1/2 and the eyes were the most problem.
I think this cart will be fun.

I'm curious~~can you use the same carts for the old cricut and the new one too??? I'm wondering because if the Princess cart is new will it work in the old cricut machine?

ALL CARTS CAN BE USED IN BOTH MACHINES. I have both the big cricut and the little cricut side by side and cut things out on both.

Thanks, now do you care to come down to MD and show me how to use mine?? I have to little one and haven't taken it out of the box...I bought it a week or so ago and I'm scared It's nice to know that I can get the Princess cart and use it, I was worried that I wouldn't be able too!

Dont be affraid - take it out of the box and play!!! start with easy things like a tittle of a scrapbook page. or cut out tags or simple shapes. Play with the sizes - it takes a little getting use to - but its not hard. Have fun with it. you will be addicted in no time. If you have any questions just ask. Also check out the cricut message board. there is alot of inspiration there!
