When we go to WDW my DGD likes to wear her princess costumes to the park. We see lots of other girls dressed up too. Do the young girls do this at DL also?

We saw quite a few little girls dressed in their princess dresses when we were at DL. Some put on a princess dress for a character meal, etc. I just don't want the dresses to get dirty and ripped -- so I am bringing some and they will just put them on when they meet the princesses at the Fantasy Faire. You'll see some girls just wearing a crown or princess jewelery. Anything goes at DL!! lol :bride: princess:

We will be heading to DL in December and I will have my DD wear a princess dress for lunch with the princesses and for princess fantasy, but other then that she will probably have on some type of shirt that is with princesses...
Do they get more attention from the characters if they are dressed up?

Thanks - I will definitely pack those costumes! At WDW she DID get more attention from the characters, and from the CMs and from other guests! Alice & the Mad Hatter especially made a big deal out of calling her "Your Majesty" & bowing down. She had CM's & even regular tourists ask her for HER autograph! She has a bunch of costumes that we got on sale after Halloween the last 2 years, and at flea markets, so I let her wear them however long she wants, but I bring a change of clothes with us. Really adds to the fun!

that does sound like fun.. I will have to bring a couple along with us as well and I will have to keep an eye out for the after halloween sale at disney stores.
