I will probably post some pictures of important stuff like the Castle, the Ears at Dhs and others but there will also be pics of things with a guess where we are attached to them I am excited

We actually didn't end up going to Disney on Ice it started snowing and didn't stop and the roads were horrible and parts of the expressway were shut down I was very upset that we didn't get to go but we ended up going out to dinner and watching American Idol

Plus I probably wouldn't have done much studying if we did go so I guess it's a good thing I got some studying done

As Caitlin just told you we didn't get to go last night since the roads were really icy and the arena is 45 minutes away on a good day! Thankfully I had gotten the tickets for $10 each so it's not like a lot of money was wasted.

We were able to get some things done for our trip yesterday, before the ice hit. Caitlin and I both got haircuts and I got mine colored as well. (can't have roots showing when I meet )

We also picked up a package of ear plugs because grandma tends to snore. LOUDLY! Hopefully, the plugs will help us sleep better!

Now you sound like my kids. They have to have their super-duper ear plugs to sleep in the same resort room with me. They tell me I snore LOUDLY, too!

I'm sorry you guys got snowed out for Disney on Ice, but sounds like a good thing since it gave Caitlin extra study time (not that she needed it, from that gpa!) So funny that you guys got haircuts yesterday, we got ours cut on Tuesday! Hooray for earplugs! I can sleep through anything now, but I can remember the days I couldn't! 5 more days!!!!!

Could you tell me how you got involved with The Big Give again ? I'm sure you have posted this before but I was telling my best friend about it today & she wanted to know how you go about participating

Joining in on your report. We have tix for tonights Disney on Ice show, so cross your fingers that we get to go!! My kids will be crushed, and my SUV is real wheel drive (thanks ex-husband LOL) but we must go!!

Oh and I broke my toe when I was pregnant and they did zilch for me. Crazy that they do nothing for toes!! You do have to walk after all. lol

Thank you! My exams went extremely well so a great start to my spring/winter break!

I sometimes can be a light sleeper and I usually wake up in the middle of the night and it is hard for me to fall back asleep with any noise going on. I learned my lesson from our last vacation with my grandma

Aw I am sorry to hear that! My toe ended up not being broken just badly sprained so I am thankful it is healing quick and it isn't broken!

We were a little disappointed but since we're seeing Mickey and the gang NEXT WEEK we weren't too bummed. You're right she didn't really need extra study time but that girl is very Type A personality when it comes to her studies so it made her feel more confident. I guess everybody needs a haircut before they see Mickey

Or use an iPod. I used to sleep next to a snorer, and could never find earplugs that worked. Headphones were the only thing that worked!!

Can't wait to hear about your trip. We might go in June, so it is nice to live vicariously through everyone else!!

I never thought of the ipod. That's a great idea since Caitlin takes hers everywhere!

An update on the phone......yesterday I went to the mailbox and the new phone had arrived I was so happy because being without a phone was driving me crazy! It's funny how we take little things like that for granted and don't realize how much you use it til it's gone!

After opening the box, I quickly plugged it in and after it charged I went online to activate it. I was so excited to use it and after I tested it with a quick text to Caitlin I tried to set up the address book. That's when I realized the phone wasn't working right It would only let me have one number and that was the only one I could text to. Luckily though when I contacted customer support it was a quick fix and I now have a working phone

As for trip preparations, I finished packing us up for WDW and we are good to go

We had a blast, but the drive to and from was really awful. The way there was just traffic, the way home was ICE. Not fun, but thankfully we were ok. So scary to drive on that.

Glad you got your phone, I would be lost without texting, I text all day. lol Well off to one of my jobs, and oh hey the roads are bad again. Im really starting to think this weather is never going to end!! How is the forecast for your trip? I haven't checked Orlando's weather in a few days. (funny how I check it even though I am not there! haha)

Glad you had fun and made it there and back safely! This winter seems like it's lasting forever! It is pretty nasty out there again today and my baby (I know she's 19 but she is still my baby ) is on a road trip to Indiana which makes me a little nervous. A faculty advisor is driving but still I wish it were better traveling weather!

Orlando is still on the cool side (for them) but it will feel like a heat wave to us! The temp our first day is supposed to be 65 and it gets progressively warmer each day with our departure day predcited at 76. So it won't be swimming and tanning weather but it will be nice for park touring!
