Princess breakfast at Norway

While I was on the phone with a cast member making my Cindy's PS (which I got....yeah) he mentioned something about a Princess breakfast at Epcot's Norway. Has anyone ever eaten there that can answer a few questions?......Is it a buffet? What type of food do they have? Which princess's are there? Since I am staying at the Beach Club I thought it would be nice one morning to walk over and try this breakfast. Any help would be appreciated.
 
I was there in January and it was very nice. As in other character breakfasts they bring everything to your table. We all thought food was very good. It was the standard bacon, sausage, eggs, potatoes, rolls, etc.

The only princesses not there were Ariel (apparently she doesn't leave her grotto - or so I was told) and Cinderella (since kids might find it confusing if she was in two places).

It's also pretty cool to walk over from the International Gateway through all the countries. It's so quiet and peaceful.

About 3 weeks ago we had Sleeping Beauty, Belle, Jasmine, Mary Poppins and Mulan. I think Snow White is there instead of Mary sometimes, but we had seen SW at CRT in the past so DD was thrilled with Mary!:D
Lots of fruit(and a fruit dip) and pastries are brought out first. Then the eggs, sausage, bacon, potato dish, waffles and rolls.
They will bring you more if you need it.
This one starts booking 120 days out.
We enjoyed our time there. :D
