This was a great alternative to CRT. Belle was the main princess in her ballroom dress, then Aurora, Snow White, and Mulan greeted at the tables. The food wasn't as good as Donald's Breakfast just because they didn't bring enough hot food out at first, but it was still pretty good. If they had biscuits and gravy, it would have been as good if not better than Donald's.

The thing that made this was the princess interaction with my DD 2 1/2.

Didnt Aurora, Sleeping Beauty come around??

The reason this one trumps CRT for our dd is because Aurora is her favorite Princess - we've done Cinderella, but had to track down Aurora, standing in line!! I'd much rather do the breakfast than stand in line!! :rotfl2:

We also loved the breakfast food - just make sure you make enough time to get to Norway from the entrance of EPCOT - I forgot how long that was, and I didnt factor in the time waiting for the monorail that early!! ( thought 30 min was plenty of time - we needed an hour!)

glad your daughter enjoyed the princesses!

but how bad was the food, really?

Where were you coming from that it took an hour? We are going from the Poly for an early ADR in September.

The food wasn't bad. It was actually pretty decent. It was the amount of food they brought that sucked...and then the time it took our server to come back and then ask us if we wanted more. The cheesey tater casserole was pretty darn good! :)

Here's a tip if you want to see Aurora and don't want to wait. We saw the same Aurora at the breakfast that we saw a couple days earlier in the World Showcase. She was over in France tucked back in a little garden area as you're making your turn to head towards the UK. There were maybe 5-6 kids in line ahead of us...

Good to know. We had considered this one, but were told the food was a little less good than CRT. We were not impressed with the breakfast at CRT either.

The food is comparable to CRT. There are just more options with the cold buffet. I liked how we could get as much fruit as we wanted from the cold buffet here. And....the price was like half that of CRT. I guess that extra money goes to "rental" of the castle! :)

I'm glad to hear they have fruit at the breakfast. DD loves fruit with breakfast. :)

Guess I'll have to get us up and going early to leave an hour to get there from the Contemporary. I don't want us to be late.

My family has done CRT in the past, so we are going to the Norway one next vacation (which I am very excited for). How early should we book it? It has been a few years since the last time we were down in Disney and I don't remember.

How is the name of this restaurant pronounced? I just realized that the way I say it in my head isn't even close to the way it's spelled, lol.

Does anyone know if the lunch/dinner food is good here?

We were there for breakfast on Monday. I thought the food was very good. All the princess' did come by including Aurora. They spend a short time with the kids. One bit of advice I would like tomake is to go earlier than 10:30. We had adr for 10:25 and it took quite a while for us to be seated and then we were rushed through the whole breakfast. By the time we went up to the buffet they were taking things away and changing to lunch. That was disappointing. And if you want to see Aurora she is in Toontown over at the Magic Kingdom. Its in a tent next to Mickeys house. And I must say we went during the fireworks and Aurora spent at least 5 minutes with my girls. So, much more time there for nothing then the $100 it cost for the breakfast.:)
