Princess 1/2 effects crowds?

Made a reservation for SDP for the last week in Feb. Didn't realize that the Princess 1/2 marathon is that Sunday. Will if have a big effect on Sunday night or Monday? Thinking of doing MK after we arrive (driving so mid afternoon) and then AK on Monday. DH really hates being crowded in. We normally go early Feb w/ a lower crowd level

It does make a difference. The parks have a significant increase Friday and Saturday. Sunday not nearly as much, but stay away from Epcot Sunday morning as the race finishes through the park. The majority leave on Sunday after the race.

Luckily we will be checking in on Sunday, so we should miss most if that then
