Prince Charming shirt?

We are eating at 1900 Park Fare on May 20th and my DS3 wants to look like Prince Charming for Cinderella. The problem is that he won't wear the actual costume. He has some sensory issues with the way clothes feel. A scratchy or bulky jacket will send him into a crying fit. I even have to watch out for scratchy tags.

I'm trying to find some kind of tshirt that resembles the prince's jacket or find a design to iron onto a shirt. Have any of you ever done this or thought of a way to do this? If you've ever seen a prince charming shirt that I could order, where did you find it?
