Don't be sorry....yesterday was yucky. I needed the giggle.
Anyway, V&A's is terrific. We did the Chef's Table in February. It was a wonderful experience. Chef Scott is really nice, and creates some great things. DH and I had a wonderful time. To book the Chef's Table, you will need to call exactly 180 days from the day you want to go, and call at exactly 7 am eastern. There is only 1 CT seating per night and it goes in a snap.
If you like to try different foods, the CT is a dream. If you are not as adventurous, you might prefer the regular dining room, where you know what you are getting.
The whole atmosphere is very elegant in the dining room, the kitchen is much more relaxed. It was interesting watching them work.
And now I have to add this

because my 2 year old is telling me to!!
If you have any other questions, just ask! A lot of people off this board have been to V&A's, so if I don't know the answer, someone will!!!
