Prime Time Shuttle versus Karmel Shuttle

I am having a hard time deciding which shuttle service to use. There are things that I like about both and was hoping feedback from DISers would help.

Here are our requirements:

• Clean vehicle
• Easy to find/contact at airport
• Balance wait time at airport with quick travel time to DLR area
• Easy to find/connect with for return transfer to airport

I think part of my issues is we will be travelling for about 11 hours by the time we reach LAX and with a 5 year old, I just want to know that we'll be getting to our hotel as quickly as we can. We will be bringing her booster seat.

All shuttles pick up at the same areas (there are areas per terminal), so finding them will be the same as each other. I haven't used PT but Karmel has been clean. I like Karmel because they don't "troll" the airport for more unscheduled pickups (everyone is scheduled). I don't know if PT does or not.

I might even go with Execucar. I found out that I have enough points through my work's employee recognition system to book a round trip private transfer through them.
