prime pantry order -what do you include?

I am planning to order bottled water from prime pantry (I want 16oz bottles not the 12oz sold in resort gift shops), but since I have to pay the $5.99 shipping, I want to make sure I "fill my box" (45lbs it says?), so I want your ideas on things you buy from prime pantry to have shipped to your wdw resort (we drink only water, so no need for any juices, soda, coffee ect).

I haven't done this before but am considering it. I would include portable snacks, like fruit snacks, granola bars, those squeezable applesauce pouches. Maybe those crystal light packets to flavor the water. I have little kids, so that plays into it.

Sunscreen? Hand sanitizer? Not sure! I'm trying to put together a list for our box too.

We got water, soda, chips-variety pack....that was a HUGE saver. A individual bag of pretzels that sells for 44cents at Walmart was over $3 at Sunshine Seasons!!
Breakfast bars (like Cliff or Luna bars), cereal, baby wipes, paper towels, "canned" fruit/applesauce, paper towels (because I always need paper towels, but we were in a suite so housekeeping supplied it), nuts for snacks, flushable wipes, dried apricots, ziploc bags
We were driving, so we took some stuff with us but other ideas: clorox wipes (these came in handy when my DH was throwing up, it was nice not to have to call housekeeping), gatorade, baby wipes/pull-ups, hand sanitizer, bottle of hand soap (I don't like having the slimy bars at the sink)

FYI-The last few orders I made on Amazon Prime, they said I could forgo the 2 day shipping in exchange for money to go for prime pantry delivery.

oh my gosh! fantastic ideas!!! thanks everyone so far! yall are brilliant!
Anyone else with other ideas, keep them coming!!!:)

I'm considering doing this myself. Last time we went to WDW, I shipped a box from home with all our toiletries and snacks - worked really well to avoid paying for luggage on the airlines! Some things I included: sunscreen; toilet paper (I hate cheap TP!); toothbrushes and paste; antibacterial handwipes; contact solution; Kleenex (I hate cheap tissue!); laundry detergent (since we did laundry halfway through vaca); disposable razors; travel size toiletries (hair spray, deodorants, shaving cream, etc.)

My concern is that 45lbs is a pretty big/heavy box! Will front desk mind handling/storing for a day or 2 something that size? Anyone have experience with this? TIA!

Yes, I am curious about this too M2J3 --some ppl on other threads have mentioned that their shipped boxes were delivered to their rooms with the DME luggage, but I don't know how big their packages were?

right now my list contains:
water
snacks (still TBD which ones, but I want to make a 'snack pack' for my son for each day)
shampoo
body wash
hand sanitizer
hand soap
diapers (TBD if potty training is done by then or not)
swim diapers
wipes
lysol wipes
paper towel (if I can find a single roll)

I have a small dish detergent I'm bringing down, and I'm still on the fence about what to do about sunscreen. I can bring the stick type with me, but I haven't found a good sunscreen in a carry-on size just yet, and I don't want to forsake sunscreen on the first day waiting for our box to arrive.

Doesn't Bell Services charge for boxes/packages delivered at the resort? Or is it only some of the Disney hotels that do?

I thought I read that only "convention" hotels charge for package delivery. I'm not sure which ones are included in that designation.

I have shipped a package to the resort before and I was not charged. It was when I stayed at POR and Pop.

Just put some of your favorite sunscreen into a carry on-approved size bottle. If you don't have something lying around they usually sell empty containers for carry on purposes at stores like CVS, Harmon, etc

Rats...I already did my toiletries shopping. We are driving, but have a 14 day trip and space in the car is an issue. I was planning to stop at a Walmart once we get close for food. I need to think fast and see if this is a better plan.

Since we fly (and only try to have carry-on), I'd also include first aid type stuff (e.g. moleskin, bandaids, disinfecting wipes). Depending on how much room is left and your budget, you might also consider a few disposable ponchos. It will save room in your suitcases.

On another track, maybe include Disney themed items as a surprise?

For those asking how it works. I put in my order on June 12th (2 boxes). Amazon lists it as arriving June 18th. We arrived the afternoon of June 19th. I went to the front desk around 3pm or so. I told them about the boxes. They said they would be brought up. They were there when we arrived back in the room from the parks (by 8pm or so). No fees were levied, and we didn't have to tip anyone as it was delivered while we were out of the room. We just left the empty boxes in the room and Housekeeping took care of them the next day.
This was at Art of Animation.

How long will Disney hold a box? We are arriving next Friday and want to place order soon, but not too soon.
