Ok im trying to price out disneyland for may or june of 2011. All I can look at are pricing for this year. Will there be a big differance in price from this year to last year? Also I cant look up most of june or any of may since the hotels we want to stay at are already book and may is already gone. So how much is a price differance between may, june and july. I want to start putting money away now for our trip. We are wanting to stay at Residence inn Anaheim maingate or resort area. I am wating to have something with a kitchen, living area and bedroom. We are going to cook most our meals and only eat at Areil's grotto and Goofys kitchen maybe one other time out but that will be it. Im looking at getting a 4 day park hopper and staying 5 nights at the hotel. I have looked at pricing thur Costco and just thru the the hotel and getting tickets from disney online but not sure what has the better pricing or which way is the best to go. It seems to me costco is a little high but I see you get some perks for going thru them that I dont see just buying the tickets thru disney. Any help will be great. We will have my daughter who will be around 4.5 years old and a new baby around 4-5 mos old. We may also have 2 friends going if so I may just get the kids suit at one of the hotels. I know maingate is with in walking and resort area is not and I think both have a shuttle that I can pay for.

We have stayed at RI Maingate and love it. The breakfast is great for us and can not forget the free grocery shopping. It is a tad under 1/2 mile which we find no problem. There is an ART stop. We have usually stayed in the penthouse suite up until 3 years ago, not we have switched to the GCH.

I really did like the free shopping so we can give the list go hang out at the park or relax from the 5-6 hr drive with a 4 year old and 4-5 mo old. The 1/2 a mile is not bad when I have to fold up a stroller get 2 kids on the shuttle then get 2 kids off the shuttle and get them back in the stroller even with my husband its still alot of work vs walking atleast there in the morning.

What is GCH?

If you're able to purchase tix before the end of January, for your Summer 2011 trip, do it (I'm not sure this is possible, but perhaps it is through a travel agency?). The prices will likely go up again (ugh!) at the end of January, and I think they've been steadily going up $10-$20 per ticket with each increase.

ETA: I've read on another thread that a price hike can be expected as early as August. Bummer! Anyway, just another reason to purchase your tickets ASAP if that's possible.

It is the Grand Californian Hotel, this year we are doing the 1 bedroom villas. This year we go from 6 to 4, two will be working.
