Pricing for DVC Home Resorts??

I am sure people ask this all the time, but I am so new to the DVC idea! We are definitely interested in purchasing and wanting to gather info about DVC. I am curious how much the buy in is, per point, for each of the DVC at WDW. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

Yes, there are more:

OKW at WDW

Grand California at Disneyland
Vero Beach
Hilton Head Island
and Aulani, under construction on the island of Oahu in Hawaii

Disney also has a large hotel beginning construction at National Harbor, Md, right outside Washington DC. I'm not sure whether there will be DVC units there or not -- possibly someone else knows.

To be honest, I haven't read all of the articles, but I know that anything Tim puts out there is going to be pretty accurate and will present an evenly balanced look at things.

The only thing that jumped out at me was in the part about buying direct or resale where it said resales were often priced $10 less than buying direct from Disney. That article was written in 2007 and that number was accurate then, but times have changed dramatically.

Prices vary by resort, but you will see that many DVC resale prices are now $30 or more lower than you will pay buying direct from Disney at the same resort. So there is a much larger differential than shown in the DVC News article right now.
