Pricing at Swan/Dolphin

Can anyone explain a room only price of $195.00 per night at the Swan? When I put in my days (I tried several different weeks) several nights came up $129.00 (teacher rate) but one or 2 came up at $195.00. I assume that the discount is not available for those days but I can't figure how the $195 was decided upon. The same thing happened for the AP rate. Any ideas? Also do you think if I reserve this, that the teacher rate or the AP might become available later? My dates are in Oct/Nov. but we haven't decided exact days yet. Thanks for your help.
