one question I don't think I have seen addressed on here...where do you get better prices? using the WWW or talking to a real live person on the phone?

CRO told me that the web site has different availability. As for prices, private email or postcard codes cannot be booked through the website, but if Disney is offering a public discount those can be booked both ways. The deposit is due immediately on line, but there is a 14 day grace period by phone.
Booking over the phone or with a Disney travel agent (like Dreams Unlimited for example) is cheaper than booking on the web. (in my opinion) And it's also easier.
