We are staying offsite so all our meals are OOP. We booked several character meals which are buffets. I'd like to get an idea of the prices of each ahead of time since we are a group of 4 families. All the places have ranges of costs for buffets. Does anyone know how I find the price for when I will be there (Aug 20-27)?
I am eating at:
Akeshus, Cape May Cafe, Tuskers, The Crystal Palace, Chef Mickey's for Breakfast.
1900 Park Fare and Ohana for dinner.

The non-peak prices on allears.net/dining should be accurate. I'm pretty sure late August wouldn't have peak prices.

You can look at Allears.net and wdwinfo.com to get an idea about the prices for each meal. Note that these prices are often out of date (you might want to add a few dollars to just to give yourself some cushion), but they will give you a general ball park figure. I think the prices listed on the Disney website are the full range (i.e., least cost child to highest cost adult).

Will anyone in your party have an annual pass? If so, I suggest you consider purchasing a Tables in Wonderland card. The 20% discount will be a great relief with the cost of all those buffet meals.

How many are in your party? It may be worth it for one person to upgrade to an annual pass to be eligible for the TiW card.

how much does this card cost??

The TiW card costs $75 for an AP holder, $100 for FL residents.

With the $75 price, you have to eat/drink $375 to hit the break even point. Anything after that is savings.

It is good mainly at table service, you can use it for up to 10 people at a meal, and it adds an 18% gratuity to the check.

VERY MUCH WORTH purchasing a TIW card. Have someone in your party purchase an AP f they don't have one, it will be well worth it.

If you spend $375 on meals (the card is $75 as mentioned) you will break even and after that you'll save 20%. Most of the buffets are expensive and for a family of 4 with kids over 9 you can easily spend over $100 at breakfast! Lunch and dinner are much more.
