Prices for pick a pearl?

I paid about $17 in April at the Japan pavillion in EPCOT. The settings range depending on whether you get silver or gold. Just make sure you pick the ugliest one you can find. With crap growing on it and all if possible. This has been my strategy and have picked "twins" twice and this last time in April I picked a 7mm silver pearl (which is very rare). Have fun and good luck!

My ex and I had the tradition of doing this every trip. I can't remember the exact price of the pearl itself, but it is around $15.95. It used to be $12.95. The settings range and you are not required to set them. The pearls are of a high quality. I've gotten everything from twins to pink to white to yellow to silver-blue (my fav). I only recommend doing this in Epcot and not at the Yacht & Beach Club's stand or the one at DTD. The experience is far better in Japan.

Pick a pearl is now $15.96, I decided to go to Epcot today instead of tomorrow. The assessorys that you can get if you want to range is price from $17.50-$64 and that doesn't include the gift box or the chain.

Another tip>

I picked the smallest one and got the biggest pearl :]!

Wow, the price has gone up.....I picked a pearl during my honeymoon (2003) and paid $12.99 or $13.99 for a silver pearl, actually there were two in there! Twins.

Thanks for the info all!:goodvibes My sil will be in epcot for her bday and i thought that my nieces could take her there for a bday surprise and get her a pearl. They are only 11 and 13 so this is right in there price range, I think she will like the surprise, she is a newbie to Epcot and I don't think that she is aware of this experience.

I went to Pick a Pearl in Japan when I was last there. It was about $15.95 and we saw a lot of settings that were resonably priced. My sister wanted to do it so she did but I picked the oyster. I want to do it for me. There was a dragonfly pin that I really liked.

Does anyone know approximately how much the little cages are for the pearls? Specifically the Cinderella's carriage ones. I think those ones look so nice, might have to be a souvenier for the next trip.;)
