Prices for Early May at RPR vs. PBH

Hi,

Does anyone know why the prices for PBH are $40-$50 cheaper than RPR for the first week of May 2012? Is there a big convention or something going on at RPR or has something changed with PBH?

That is usually the reason. Someone has blocked off a ton of rooms so the prices are higher.

rph gets a lot of conventions at their hotel.

last week, one convention had 850 participants.

since they were in meetings all day, the hotel did not seem crowded at all when i was there.

It must be a convention. We had to change our dates around to get a Stay more Save more rate at RPR club level. Seven months out I didn't think getting a room would be a problem. Of course if APH rooms open up we might switch back.....or add a few days at PBH.
