I am thinking of surprising my 11 yr old with a swim with the dolphines. It would only be her. Do we have to buy tickets to do this even if we aren't going to swim with the dolphins?

Yes, everyone there has to pay an admission. Non-dolphin swim is $129 through Dec. 31, 2003 or $159 if you want the 14 consecutive day pass to Sea World and Busch Gardens included. There's all kinds of info @ Discoverycove.com. Check there under "Packages and Pricing" to see what's included. We were there in July with 2 sons and although my husband did not swim with the dophins or snorkel a lot, he said it was worth the "non-swim" $$ because the bird aviary, meal, etc. were included. They want to all go there again on our next July trip and not do the dolphin swim, just the snorkeling.

Please remember to post when you get back. We may go in Feb (for DD's birthday) and would love to hear an updated report.

Have a wonderful time.
