Priceline Question

I won a car on Priceline. My reservation if from August 25th to September 2nd, the other day I was looking up my conformation at Alamo's web site and it has my reservation until September 3. Do you think this is going to be a problem since I am returning the car on the 2nd? I don't want to be charged anything extra. My priceline reservation says the 2nd.

It may be that you accidentally bid for an extra day. It's easy to do. You can turn the car in early, but you won't get a refund for the unused portion.

Re-check the hour of pickup and the hour of return. It is possible that you have a fraction of a day that was treated as a whole extra day.

Bring your Priceline confirmation with you.

I'm pretty sure that the rental company cannot charge you more, such as converting weekly rates to daily rates, for bringing the Priceline car back early.

The exact terms and conditions regarding charges should be visible on the Priceline web site without making any bids. I think the extra day rate for late returns is ninety nine dollars.

You can return Priceline rentals anytime without additional fees or penalties. They are prepaid and you will not get any refund, but you can turn it in 30 minutes after you pick it up and they won't care.
