I know this has been asked before...... but...

let's say I bid on and get a mid-sized car from National via Priceline. Can I then use my Emerald Club membership to use EA or in my case use Executive since that is my tier of service currently?

I am assuming no and that it would basically be as if I used Emerald Reserve for a mid-size car, except that I would have to go to the counter.

Just curious as it is just DW and I going to Vegas in 2 1/2 weeks so I am thinking of trying Priceline to see how it all works.

Thanks.

I just got a car through Priceline and was not able to choose which carrier I would get, I was told it would be one of a few named but not the exact one. I ended up with Avis out of SFO but I got a great rate so it outweighted any of the luxuries that could have been offered by having a particular level. Good luck with your bidding, it took me days to get a rate I was willing to pay. And I think the closer you get the better chance you have of getting a lower rate. :confused3

You know, now that I think about it there was a place to add rewards memberships so I think you could probably add in your all club numbers and they would apply based on what you ended up with. Hope I'm making sense.
