Has anyone ever been able to cancel a hotel reservation with priceline because it was an absolute joke?

We got reservations for two nights at a small hotel in Pittsburgh several years ago. After the first night, we decided to head back home. The hotel, on its own, refunded our money for the second night. But, the hotel did this on its own initiative. But, you might want to try that route.

How bad was/is it?

To be honest with you, the hotel is nice. It is the Radisson Resort Parkway in Kissimmee. I wanted something more in the Apopka Vineland Rd area. We will not be visiting Disney while staying at this resort, but if we were, it is only 1.5 mi away. I went on to the hotel's website and if I booked the reservation there, the price ranged from $120-149.00/per nt, not including taxes. Thru Priceline.com, it was $85, including taxes. So really, I got a good deal. I was just upset that the area the hotel is, did not show on the map I selected that I wanted the hotel in. I guess that I just needed to vent, but after I got to thinking about it, we really got a nice hotel.

If the hotel is truly not in the area on the map, then I would contact Priceline and request a refund. I have heard of them doing that if you can prove your point.

However, thier maps are a little vague and that is probably to protect them. Since there is not a specfic Apoka Vineland area it is hard to tell if yours was correct. Which area did you select?
