Anyone ever successful at changing the pickup/drop-off location or canceling altogether on a priceline car rental?

I already booked a rental car at MCO but I just saw that I can save a bunch of money if I change my flight to TPA.

once you book and pay for it you are stuck with it. That is according to Hotwire. as long as you did not pay for it yet you should be fine!
