I got this great deal for an economy car 3/15-23rd, and it's with Alamo which is in the terminal. The taxes take up almost half of the total, but $140.76 for 8 days is still awesome. Go for it and good luck!

Did you add insurance too? I've got a 9 day rental Oct 15-23, for an intermediate size with National for $144.90 (taxes and fees included, but no insurance). I got that code using the Entertainment coupon and the Priceless code.

Wow gang. I first tried booking with every code at Mousesavers and every other place, but couldn't get anything under $170. We just decided to go on Saturday, so maybe I would have found better deals if booked earlier.

Thanks to these boards I found an intermediate car for the two weeks I am going to FL in May21-June3 for $220 total with all taxes and fees.
I also got two cars for my boys and their families who are going with me from May 22-29 for $119 each.
I had some great people from these boards who are sending me their entertainment coupons that will make these rentals possible.
These rentals were from National in the airport.
I have had good luck in the past getting the best rate I could and then going to L&M rental and asking if they could beat the quote I had. Every time they have taken money off the quoted price (usually around $20) AND given me an upgrade. I will of course ask this time too, it couldn't hurt. Then I make sure to go to the place I had reserved the car to let them know I wouldn't be taking the car from them. Peggie

I have always had good luck with L & M Car Rental and they are located in the terminal!!! L&M always seemed to have the best rates!! Good Luck everyone!!

April 20-25 (5 days) National full-size, Emerald Reserve using Priceless code and Entertainment coupon $109.43 with taxes and fees. Declined insurance since it's covered both by my credit card and my person car insurance.

We've got our National car down to $99.68 for one week with the Priceless code and Entertainment coupon for April 16-23 for an Intermediate using Emerald Aisle. I check every day and it's probably gone down 7 times, starting out at $155. We also decline the insurance because it's covered on our personal insurance.

HI!! Just for information for any newbies in the car rental area - Something I learned the hard way!!

When I first booked my $99 + something car with a credit card, I was told they would hold $200 line of credit until I returned the car. Ok, quite understandable, and the 'norm'. Well what I didnt know is when they gave me the double 'free' upgrade, they then tried to hold almost $600 line of credit, which then wrecked havock with my future vacation plans.

It all worked out, but it was a lesson learned, and I thought I'd pass it along for those that may want the info!!

The priceless code is a code that some travel agent or vacation planner uses to get lower rates. The car company allows others to use it, I haven't heard of anyone being refused using that code.
It is 6600330.
The Entertainment coupon code is 10009123. You will need a coupon from the entertainment book when you pick up the car but I posted a note last week that I would need 3 coupons for 3 cars I am renting when I take my family in May and I got many replies from the great people on these boards who are sending me the coupons I will need. So use that code also.
I put both codes in and got a great rate of $220 for 2 weeks and $119 for one week. I am renting 2 cars for 1 week and another car for 2 weeks. These discounts saved me alot because for us to rent a 15 passenger van would have cost me over $700. Peggie
