Priceline Bidding

I have never rented a car through Priceline before, but am thinking about making a bid. I've looked on biddingfortravel for info, but haven't seen it spelled out if my Priceline bid includes the fees or not. Does anyone know for sure?

I know how much I can get a 5 day rental for onsite and offsite and would start my bidding lower than the lowest rental amount that I have found.

Thanks! I guess I need to figure out how much the quotes are from the rental companies before taxes and fees (I'd been figuring out the final cost) and go from there.
