Priceless T-shirt?

Hi - I remember seeing the "priceless" t-shirt on someone's post. I also remember that it was designed by one of the creative people here! Does anyone know who - I was thinking I would love to have one of those shirts! Maybe change the wording a bit to apply to my vacation with my nieces.

Does anyone know who designed the shirt? Does that person customize shirts (I hope! )? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
