Does anyone know the price for the Single Malt Flight at Rose & Crown Pub? (or restaurant for that matter...they can't be that different, right?)

1) Oh, harken to my words.
2) There are five distinct regions providing six different types of single malts.
3) Then, there are many distilleries in each.
4) Unfortunately, the scotch flight has lesser quality scotches.
5) As for the $13.00 flights
. . . shot of Glenkinchie (lemon, grass, mild peat-smoky tasting)
. . . shot of Oban (mild peat-smoky, malty tasting)
. . . shot of Lagavulin (deep peat-smoky tasting)
6) Normal single malt scotch shots for a 2-oz pour
. . . The Macallan 12 year . . . $10.25
. . . The Macallan 18 year . . . $27.00
. . . The Glenlivet 12 year . . . $9.75
. . . Glenfiddich 12 year . . . $9.75
7) Of course, they also have blended scotchs like Johnny Walker and Chivas.

NOTE: Edinburgh Castle has a tasting room with three walls full of different scotch from floor to ceiling. (OK, so can anyone guess that I am a devotee of single malt scotch?) Please, when sampling scotch, add a few drops of water to the scotch to release the flavours, but don't do it over ice or mixed with sweet sodas.
