price of milk at resort stores?

We want to eat breakfast in our rooms, trying to decide weather to pack pop tarts in the suitcase and buy milk at the FQ or if we want to take the time to stop at a grocery store on our way from the airport. Wondered about putting food in checked luggage where it will be x rayed. Will our pop tarts glow in the dark?

We'll be at the PO FQ next week, what is the price of milk in the stores at the resorts? does it come in quarts? half gallons?

I would just get it at the resort. It might cost a buck or 2 more but it's worth the convience. I believe you can get it in at least a half gallon size.

a half a gallon costs $2.95. I'd stop off at a grocery store. Also, I'd carry on the pop-tarts. Food items can trigger the new baggage screening system, which means you'll have a larger chance of having your luggage searched. Also, i brought poptarts on our last trip, and they got CRUSHED in my carry-on. If you're going to stop off for milk, buy any other food items then too, it's just easier and you won't have to deal with broken food!!!
