The official and unofficial websites are very vague about the price of this. What is the price for lunch for two adults/two kids on a weekday in August?

Also, is there a free service that will check restaurant ADR availability for you? I am hoping for a BOG lunch reservation. TIA!

Scroll up. There's a sticky that has all Buffet, Character, AYCTE prices listed.

I haven't used it, but there is a free service on Touring Plans that will do that for you.

Ill second the touring plans reservation finder, it works fantastically.

A weekday lunch is $67 per adult, $40 per child. Plus another $45 for tax and gratuity and you're looking at $260 for your party of 4. You have to pay at time of booking at CRT, in case that's news to you.

I've used Touring Plans reservation finder. You can set it up for text alerts which is great for hard-to-find reservations. The only thing is, once they find a reservation for you, they turn off the search. I kept having to log back in and turn the search back on because they would find a reservation, text me, and then it would already be gone by the time I got on MDE to try to snag the reservation so I still needed the search.

I'm not sure where you got your prices, but the sticky I referenced has lunch/dinner at $79.10 for adults and $46.91 for kids and those prices INCLUDE tax and tip. It still comes to right at $250 for OP's family, but I didn't want them to think they had to tip at the table since the price includes it already.

I got those prices directly from setting up a reservation on MDE, and getting to the final prepay page with the prices spelled out, and just didn't finalize the reservation.:-)

The sticky post you referenced is a GREAT resource, as long as everyone recognizes that prices change often and are subject to change at any point. The CRT prices on that thread are dated November 2016.

You're correct to point out that tip does not need to be added at the table, it's part of your prepayment.

Yes, lunch and dinner are the same price.

Ummm...no they are not.

I just did a test bookings for breakfast and lunch for 5 pax in early Sept on a weekday and a Saturday and the totals were:
$327.20 Breakfast ($65.44 per person)
$407.95 Lunch ($81.59 per person)

Both include tax and tips

Sorry

UMMM...maybe you need to reread my post...LUNCH and DINNER are the same. BREAKFAST is a completely different animal.
