Price for mid-size in January?

We really enjoyed renting a car on our last trip, it really seemed worth the money. Now we want to rent a car for our stay next January. We will be staying for 10 days. I am trying to get an idea of how much a car will run. I got a quote of $283 from Budget for a midsize car. Does this seem reasonable? It seems that most of the discount codes are not valid that far in advance. How far in advance should I reserve?

Hi, I would go to travelocity.com and type in your dates for a car. There system is very usefull because it gives you a chart of the different companys and there prices for your dates. I would recomend booking through travelocity also because they tend to be cheaper then booking directly through that company. Hope this solves your problem!
