Price for Drinks

Can anyone tell me what the cost is for drinks (lemonade) at the following restaurants? I looked at online menu's but the cost for drinks are missing.

Le Cellier
Rose & Crown
Liberty Tree Tavern
Concourse Steakhouse
Kona Cafe
Whispering Canyon Cafe (how much are milkshakes here and are they still bottom-less?

Just got back and the only two places we ate at that were on your list were Le Cellier and WCC. I did not see lemonade on the menu but if they do have it, guess it would be the same as iced tea: $2.09. As for the shakes-they are still bottomless and are $4.79. Flavors are chocolate, vanilla, orange & strawberry. We tried them all-yummy!

I think that the price for soda, coffee and tea at most TS are around $2.19. I know that Sci-Fi has Pink Lemonade and the price was $2.79, but I think the lemonade at 50's Prime Time was the same price as the soda.
