So I think that I have found a price error on 10 day non expiring tickets with the waterpark option. If you go to Orbitz and find the disney tickets (under activities) you can see all of the options for days and check boxes for hoppers, waterpark and non expiring. If you select non expiring and then you add the waterpark option to it the price stays the same for the 10 day (making the 10 day cheaper than the 9 day non expiring pass). If you then add the hopper option the price increases by the amount of the waterpark and the hopper together so clearly they don't mean to give you the waterpark option for free on the 10 day non expiring pass. You can use a link through ebates to save 10% on activities (which includes disney tickets) so I bought a child 10 day non expiring with waterpark option which would normally be $750 at Disney (tax in) and on Orbitz its only $686 tax in, plus you can save 10% through ebates bringing it down to $618. That is a pretty huge savings and I assume you can also add the hopper after you use it once in order to bridge to gate prices and so then the hopper option would only be around $15 to add after first use if you desired

I think the part in bold above should be add the waterpark . Maybe that is confusing some readers. You have add hopper twice. It does look like a good deal!

But do you actually need the No Expire Option?

The reason Disney no longer shows the No Expire Option for online purchases is that too many people have been spending the excess costs for the NE option when they really should not have purchased it.

I don't need it at all, we will likely use it on two trips so it would be a wash however we get it only for the non expiring waterpark options because we can use those for years and years and to go to the waterpark one time per trip times 10 trips would end up costing around $500 by the end of it all

by the way I got my ebates rebate in my account today (so about 2 days later just as the site says) so the ebates thing works no problem. In fact I saved another $5 because it was the first time I used my account so the ticket cost $613 for a childs 10 day non expiring pass with waterpark and more option. I will upgrade it for a small fee to a hopper on arrival after bridging the price to current gate prices by using the ticket once. If you like to go to the waterpark once per trip like we do then this is a great deal.

The "Everything About Tickets" sticky thread on the Theme Parks Advice & Strategies board explains bridging and a whole lot else very clearly.

Undercovertourist is $707.95 for this ticket. I got it for a total of $613.24 after the ebates rebate. They email you a voucher that you take to will call to pick up your ticket at the park.

Bridging basically is this, if you add the park hopper option on Orbitz then the price error stops and it charges you for the water park option and the hopper. If you dont add the hopper then the waterpark option is free due to the error.

Normally if you add water park AND hopper the price is only slightly more than adding one or the other, so if you want the hopper option instead of ordering the ticket with it and losing the price error you buy it without the hopper, pick up the ticket, and then use it to get into a park. This makes it so Disney will give you the full gate price of the ticket towards any upgrades you would like to do (if you don't use it first they only give you the price you paid which is far less than gate price), this is referred to as bridging. You then can add the hopper for less than $20 rather than the large amount it would have cost if you had ordered the ticket with the hopper option (due to the fact that adding the hopper loses the price error).
