It could be that only top-end cabins are available for say inside cabins while oceanview and verandah may have a few of the "lower" end cabins available.
On a 4-nights, the starting prices are not very far apart to begin with. What you’re seeing is probably very popular inside and oceanview rooms and less popular verandahs. The prices go up when rooms in a category are sold.
