For any of you who live in the northeast, you may be familiar with a grocery store called Wegmans. I work there, and the other day I was poking around bakery for something to eat on my lunch when I passed the roll section. I over heard someone say that the pretzel rolls we make are very similar to the pretzel bread served at Le Cellier. I've never had LC's so I can't vouch for that, but I've had the Wegmans version and they're delish. It's like a extra doughy soft pretzel, just in a roll shape. I know a lot of people who dip them in soup. Just thought I'd let you guys know in case you had the opportunity to check it out. They'd be located by the fresh bagels and doughnuts section, the in store bakery it's called.
