For any of you who live in the northeast, you may be familiar with a grocery store called Wegmans. I work there, and the other day I was poking around bakery for something to eat on my lunch when I passed the roll section. I over heard someone say that the pretzel rolls we make are very similar to the pretzel bread served at Le Cellier. I've never had LC's so I can't vouch for that, but I've had the Wegmans version and they're delish. It's like a extra doughy soft pretzel, just in a roll shape. I know a lot of people who dip them in soup. Just thought I'd let you guys know in case you had the opportunity to check it out. They'd be located by the fresh bagels and doughnuts section, the in store bakery it's called.

I've had both Wegmans' pretzel rolls and the bread at Le Cellier, and they are very similar... and delicious!

We love the Wegmans pretzel rolls!
Now it they just got the Le Cellier cheddar cheese soup, we'd be set!

my sister lives in upstate NY .....wonder if she can ship me some pretzel bread..we are going to Le Cellier in another month and I can hardly wait...we do have a restaurant in Maine that makes the soup ......but I dont know if it tastes like LC......
Another soup to try is Potato Leek Soup at Biergarten......that stuff was addicting.....yummy.....
Have a good piece of bread for all of us that arent in Disney yet or cant get to NY

oh wow, we have Wegmans here in Md/DC! I have got to go look for them! Thanks for the information.... we hope to get a ressie at Le Cellier for our upcoming trip, can't wait!

Fresh Market has some great pretzel bread, according to DH. He says it is almost as good as Le Cellier's. I don't care for the pretzel bread. I always go straight for the wheat. :lovestruc

After writing this post I had such a strong craving for those blasted rolls I ended up buying half a dozen at work today.

We don't even order the other breads anymore. We just ask for all pretzel bread..PLEASE. They always say they know it is to dip in the cheese soup.
Just told DH I ordered Dole Whip mix and we can go to Wegemans when we go to our camp and get the pretzel rolls. We will have a special Disney food night soon

You are right !

Our DD who lives in the DC area and has a Wegmans near her, discovered
the pretzel rolls and told us they taste like LeCellier. We went to Wegmans
(Buffalo area, too) got them and they are great !
