The only location I remember seeing is in the Spiderman queue. I know there are others but I couldn't tell you where they are.

They are in just about all the shops
I have seen them in the MIB shop as well as some citywalk shops

There's a somewhat hidden one by the bathrooms in Toon Lagoon. The area around it is themed to the Gasoline Alley comic strip, I believe.
