The perfect way to store your pennies and quarters is to get the tubes of mini M&Ms. I haven't looked at the Easter things but I bet they have them I know they do at Christmas and Valentine's day. You can put in two quarters then a penny then two quarters then a penny until you get it filled. Put it in whatever you're going to carry into the parks and leave it there and you'll have it with you when you need it and won't have to go digging around for quarters or pennies. I save all my change to take to the bank to put into our Disney account every two weeks but first I take out a couple of dollars worth of quarters and pennies to match them. I don't miss the change so it will be almost like free souvenirs for my kids when we get there. I see you won't have time to plan ahead like that this time but you can start doing it when you get home from this trip for your next one!

Thanks, I will get one of those containers. I'm sure dd wont mind eating the m&ms so I can have any empty container lol. I just cant believe that I am 41 years old and in 5 days, I will be at Disney for the first time. I think I am more excited than my daughter. :Pinkbounc

I also use the Mini M&Ms tubes! They work out so wonderfully! My DH thinks that it is silly, but why not save the trouble of digging around for change, when I can just grab my little tube!?!

If you're flying you might want to put those tubes of change in your check-in bag. If they're in your carryon, your bag will get searched. Mine did coming and going. The look on the airline scanners face was hilarious when I told him immediately what had probably set it off, before he even unzipped my bag.

It seems like I saw on one of the threads that you should put the pennies in with one side facing right for the best imprint. Does anyone know which way to put the penny in for the best outcome?

There is a website called pennycollector.com that has locations of machines all over the country, and more importantly, it has tips on how to get the best impressions, and what kind of pennies to use etc. My Dh and his sisters are bigtime squishers, so they're officianados of that website!
If you look at up the Florida locations at WDW, it says "too many to mention!" so bring lots of pennies!

Excited have a magical vacation, you do know though as soon as get home from this trip you'll have this compelling need to start planning your next. ;) :goodvibes

If you can't find M&M tubes, I used plastic film canisters and they worked fine. My kids loved doing it - it also worked as a diversion while waiting for the SADCT parade and for dinner seatings.

That would be me! LOL!! Just got back on March 5th and DS (3 years old) was so distraught that DH promised him we would go back when he's five, which is next Fall! So I'm already thinking about where to stay, where to eat (my favorite thing to think about!) and what to do.
