Presidents Day Monday: Disney Springs or Epcot?

So debating whether to spend Presidents Day Monday, our first full day and after a late night arrival, by going to Epcot to check out the last day of the Festival of the Arts, or taking it easy and visiting Disney Springs and/or the resorts. Staying offsite.

Would you expect Epcot to be extra busy on Presidents Day since it's the last day of the Arts Festival? Or should we just expect big crowds anywhere we go on the holiday?

Had been intrigued by the Arts Festival but it would burn one of the remaining days off our Never Expire MYW tickets and am now reconsidering.

Anyone with DS or EP experiences on big-crowd holidays?

Thanks!

Well Epcot is the best park for big crowds since it's so massive, but is seeing the Art Festival worth using a day on your tickets? Disney Springs will be packed but you can take your time, eat, shop, people watch, and relax. If you have another Epcot day already planned, then I would just do Disney Springs on Presidents day

I'd do Epcot. Actually, I probably will do Epcot that day.
